Spotlight on Rafael Perez, CECOC Board Member and Secretary

We are proud  to highlight Rafael Perez of Orange, CA, who is one of the most dedicated public servants in the code enforcement community of California. Rafael, the Secretary of the ICC Code Enforcement Chapter of Orange County (CECOC) Board, is an honored member who embodies the dedication and enthusiasm that propel our profession forward.

Rafael has been a code enforcement officer for more than two decades, and he has consistently exhibited a steadfast commitment to the safety of his officers and his team. His stewardship as the Code Enforcement Manager for the City of Orange has established a high standard for the industry.

Rafael's innovative investigative strategies for his officers have been one of his most significant contributions. These methods, which he implemented while working in neighboring cities, serve as a potent reminder of the essential role that code enforcement plays in our communities.
