Sharon Guidry, an exemplary figure in code enforcement, will be joining our group of CodeComply Summit experts reviewing  courses and curriculum, and we couldn't be more excited to have her join us. Bringing an abundance of knowledge and an unmatched dedication to bettering the community, Sharon possesses an outstanding 30-year career in Code Enforcement and nearly 35 years of public service.

Sharon's experience with Code Enforcement has been very extraordinary. Beginning her career as a rookie Code Enforcement officer in the early nineties, she has risen through the ranks while fearlessly tackling obstacles and shattering glass ceilings. Her position as San Bernardino County's Deputy Chief of Code Enforcement attests to her leadership, competence, and commitment.

Sharon has shown during her work that she is quite skilled at developing and enhancing code enforcement procedures. Instead than relying solely on enforcement, she takes a more comprehensive approach to bettering neighborhoods, prioritizing the welfare of citizens in all that she does. From her humble beginnings in Carson and Lynwood to her distinguished leadership positions in Culver City, Lakewood, and Santa Monica, Sharon has always made a positive mark on every community she has worked in.

Sharon stands out because of her dedication to promoting female talent and encouraging others around her. Many people working in code enforcement have looked up to her as a mentor. Many have been encouraged to follow their dreams and achieve greater success as a result of Sharon's nurturing personality and encouraging leadership style.

Sharon views leadership as more than simply getting things done; it's about making sure everyone has a chance to succeed. Because of her outlook on life, she is well-respected by her peers and serves as an inspiration to those who want careers in law enforcement.

Sharon will be sharing her thoughts on how to empower women in Code Enforcement through exciting training, and we couldn't be more thrilled for the attendees. She has not only achieved great personal achievement, but she has also paved the road for others to do the same.

At the CodeComply Summit, we are pleased to have Sharon Guidry as part of our team. Inspiring, educating, and motivating the next generation of Code Enforcement leaders, her participation is sure to be a boon to our profession.

Here is a chance to learn from a Code Enforcement leader who is both highly regarded and really passionate about his profession. Featuring inspiring anecdotes, useful tips, and insightful commentary, Sharon's session is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about parts of our summit.
