• UC Berkeley graduate with a B.A. in English
• ICC Residential Inspector and CACEO Certified Code Enforcement Officer (CCEO)
• Specialization in hoarding abatement
• Experience in various jurisdictions as a code enforcement consultant
• Current leadership role as Code Enforcement Supervisor in the City of Palo Alto
