As the leader of Dallas's Code Compliance Services, Chris manages a team of over 450 employees and oversees a $42 million budget, demonstrating his expertise in large-scale operations and fiscal responsibility. His data-driven approach to code enforcement and emphasis on reducing response times has set new standards for municipal service delivery.
What makes Chris particularly valuable to our committee is his unique journey in public service. From his beginnings as an airfield maintenance technician at Dallas Love Field to his current role as Director, Chris has consistently shown an ability to innovate and improve service delivery at every level. His experience spans multiple municipal departments, giving him a comprehensive understanding of city operations and interdepartmental collaboration.
